PAYMENT POLICY
The following payment methods are accepted:
·CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD All credit or debit card transactions are carried out on AlphaBank’s secure platform that accepts VISA – MASTERCARD – MAESTRO – AMEX – DINERS. It does not process or store any credit card information. Up to 6 interest-free installments are available for purchases over €200 with all Greek credit cards except National Bank of Greece cards.
· PAYPAL The company “KATSIOU FOTEINI” accepts payments through PayPal accounts and reserves the right to ship orders only to the address confirmed by the registered PayPal account.
· PAY ON DELIVERY Cash on delivery is free and only available in Greece for orders up to 500 euros. Payment should be made (by cash or credit card) at the time of delivery by the driver. Make sure someone is present between 9am and 5pm to sign for and pay for the delivery.
· BANK TRANSFER Payments by bank transfer are accepted to the following bank account: The amount collected should correspond to the exact price of your order. Any bank charges should be covered by the customer. Please quote your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also, please note that your order will be processed once your payment is confirmed. This can take up to 2 business days, depending on the bank’s process. Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation to info@fotinikatsiou.gr for immediate processing of your order.
