All shipments in Greece are free for orders over 100 euros with ACS and 3 euros with DHL.

For orders under 100 euros, shipping is charged at 3 euros (with free cash on delivery) with ACS and 5 euros with DHL (cash on delivery is not supported by DHL).

Deliveries outside the EU are usually subject to customs charges and import duties in the country of dispatch and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

The estimated delivery time is indicative and counts from the day of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays.

The company “KATSIOU FOTEINI” is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond its control. When your order is shipped, you receive an e-mail with the waybill number and a link to track the status of your shipment on the partner courier’s site. Orders are delivered 9:00 – 17:00. Please ensure someone is available to collect and sign for your delivery. In the event that someone is not available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number to call to re-arrange your delivery. Undelivered shipments are returned to us after one week. In this case, reshipment incurs shipping costs.
