RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 14 days from the order delivery date and you can choose between an item change, a credit balance or a refund.

Any shipping costs are non-refundable. In order for a return to be accepted, all products must be in perfect condition with tags and original packaging.

Returns are not accepted on made-to-order products and for products that have “NON-RETURNABLE” in their description. Also, returns are not accepted on products from countries outside the EU.

The company “KATSIOU FOTEINI” reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return conditions detailed online as well as in the instructions accompanying each order. In the event of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.

· PRODUCT EXCHANGE Products can be exchanged for any available different size or item.

· ISSUING CREDIT BALANCE The credit balance is credited to your account and can be used within 12 months from the return date.

· REFUNDS Refunds are made within 5 working days of the returned items being received and inspected. Refunds are made only to the original credit card, Paypal account or bank account used to pay for the order. The processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card.

RETURN COSTS * Returns must be sent using the original courier and quoting our account. Please note that where returns are free, this policy is limited to one exchange only.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS To return your purchase, simply follow the instructions below and ensure that we receive your return within 14 days of receiving your order. · Log in to your Account by selecting the order you want to return or select “Return Request” in Customer Service at the bottom of the home page of www.fotinikatsiou.gr. Alternatively, send an email to info@fotinikatsiou.gr or call customer service on 2665 022076.

· Within the next working day, you will receive an email confirming your request as well as instructions on how to arrange your return shipment.

· Once we receive and accept your return, you will receive an email to confirm your exchange, credit balance or refund.
